2008 In Review~The most important events~
Jan.
Our friends & Allie's Godparents recieved
their referral for their beautiful Daughter
Leah. It was at this party that Kelly and I
started to make new friends that have been
an absolute blessing in our lifes.
Feb.
Our family and the Davis family attended
the Chinese New Year party and had a great
time. We met waitingforlaurenelizabeths
family there. It was great to finally meet
them.
Mar.
The King Famiy went to China to
recieve Leah Kaylin, we were so
honored that they asked us to be
there at the airport and come home
with them in the limo. I have never
seen anyone one family shop so much
in my life, you should of seen the
suitcases, you would of thought they
were gone for a year.
Sindy had her first surgery on her
wrist.
Apr.
We celebrated Passover with a family
that I've known my whole life. Because
of family politics, we hadn't seen them
in a few years. I decided that I didn't
care what my family thought. Debbie
is now one of Allie's Grandmas.
Selina & I took our girls out for the
day to Build A Bear, lunch, and they
both had their ears pierced.
May
Allie went on her first trip to the
Midwest, she met all her Daddys family
and was Baptized in the same church her
Daddy was. That was a beautiful moment
for our family.
Allie and I went to our first Panda
Friends get together, we had an
amazing time, Allie made alot of new
friends. Thanks Anita for putting this
all together.
June
Shannon and I started going to a Creative
Memory class monthly..This also got us
scrapbooking alot on our own. Our girls
love to get together while we are doing
our thing.
July
My dear friend Debbie moved to Tucson
Alie and I helped her pack, we were
sad to see her go. She's the closest
person to share memories with about
my late Mother.
We had a party on July 5 for some of
our friends & family, we swam and ate
lots of pizza.
Aug.
This was AN AWESOME MONTH!!
We took Allie to Hawaii and the three
of us had an amazing time. I'm currently
scrapbooking this wonderful trip.
Kelly and Auntie Selina had their
birthday party. Kelly turned 50
and Selina 43 ( Gotcha Selina)
It was a blast between all the
fun gifts, food, singing, etc..
Sept.
We celebrated our 5th anniversary

09/10/08 We celebrated our first
Forever Family Day with Allie.
Allie and I flew back to Kansas for
10 days and we had a blast with Kelly's
family.
Oct.
I spent most of October either
in therapy or getting ready for
surgery on my elbow.
The Davis family came over for
Halloween and the girls had a
blast Trick Or Treating.
Nov.
Allie had her second birthday party
at The Little Gym and it was a success
Allie and I went to Cousin Alex's party
and then to stay the weekend at Bubby
Debbie's. At Debbie's is where I stumbled
across and agency and their Yahoo Group
and 5 days later the shared list came
down right in front of my very own eyes
I emailed the China Coordinator and asked
about a few files and the second one was
Hannah's. I knew at that moment I was not
done with China...THE DOOR OPENED AGAIN!!
Thanksgiving was great with our friends
and my Mother In Law.
Dec.
We went to several birthday partys and
an amazing XMAS party.
Christmas was wonderful and it also
marked a special birthday for my
Mother In Law, she turned 80
New Years Eve~ My honey bought me
a new car. I'M NOW A MINI VAN MOM!
We also completed our Hague training

Happy New Year Bloggy Friends & Family!
This year is going to be one filled with
alot of promise & great things to come!!
I will embark on a new journey as I'm going back
to work. ( Full Time)
We are still paperchasing and hopefully will have
a log in date of May 2009
I HOPE 2009 IS A HAPPY & HEALTHY YEAR FOR EVERYONE!
Our New Year's Day was a great one today as we
spent it with Allie's Godparents and their kids.
