We visited with lots of family this last weekend!!

Allison just loves being around her

Grandpa, Aunts, and Uncle. We had a pasta

Feast at my folks house and then Cousin's

Julie & Alex came up for a play date & Sushi

We are looking forward to Halloween Tommarrow!

Our Baby Is Eleven Months Old Today!!!!

I have been thinking alot about Allie's birthparents
Latley, I wonder how they are doing? If they think
About Allie alot? If they wonder, who will be raising
Her? All I can say, is that they have made our dream
Of becoming parents come true!!!! I hope wherever
They are, they know we are thinking about them!!!!

I still feel like this is a dream, after waiting over 20 years
To become a Mom, It just melts my heart away, when Allie
Calls me MAMA!!!! ( I am eating it up)

Yes, the wait was VERY HARD!!!! I wouldn't trade it
For anything!!!! To my blogger friends still waiting

I cant believe I am getting ready to
Send out invitations to Allie's first
Birthday. Kelly and I are so lucky
That we have Allie in our lives.
The question everyone is asking
is what to get her for her 1st birthday
I really dont have a clue. Any suggestions
out there??? Thanks!!!!

By the way, we are doing Hello Kitty for
her theme. As a kid I always loved Hello
Kitty and she is Asian too!!!

Spending The Day With Grandma and Aunt Holly!

Allison had a wonderful day with her Aunt Holly

And her Grandma. Grandma came back down

To Phoenix to stay for the winter and Aunt Holly

Brought her down. We had dinner and had a lot

Of fun!!!

Exactly 30-Days Ago Today, Our Lifes Would Change Forever!!!

This morning in China a baby criesHungry and scared as tears fill her eyesHer mother has left her in this public placeAnother lost daughter of the Chinese race.Someone passing by has heard her soft moanShe’s soon quickly taken to a foster homeIt’s here she’ll reside in the care of anotherUntil she’s adopted by a brand new mother.
That very same moment, in the U.S.A.A woman cries as she starts to prayHer heart is heavy but filled with much loveShe prays for a daughter she thinks the world of.“Dear Jesus I ask that your arms would beWrapped tightly around the one picked for meGuard her in China ‘till I make my wayAnd then in my arms forever she’ll stay.”

Girl in our family. She has had many milestones since we

Recieved her and since she has been home. I actually told

Kelly the other night that I wouldn't mind doing this again!!!

We have been home since 09/20/07, Allison can now do the

Following!!

She can now feed herself Cheerios

She stands many times a day

She loves Dogs & Cats

She can hold her own bottle

She crawls all over the place

Last week, she started to sleep through the night!!

She has had her vacinations

Dr said that she was in the 25% for weight

She will be looked at in early November for

A possible helmet.

The Westin Guangzhou!!!

I thought I would take the time to show
My friends in RQ-land and in Blog-land
What a beautiful hotel it is. The service
was excellent and I am truly glad that
we stayed there. It was about a 30 minute
cab ride from the White Swan. The cost
of the room per night was about $ 167.00
US dollars.

I hope this helps on making your decsision
as I know the White Swan will be closing
soon.

the amazing milestones Allies has had
