Someone In Kansas Loves Us!!!!

I hope everyone has had a wonderful week so
far. It's been a busy week and I had to have
a root canal..Boy how I hate going to the
Dentist!!! Tuesday about 4pm I got a knock
at the door and it was the UPS guy he had
a couple of boxes for us!!! It felt like
XMAS in July!!! I know you read my blog
Cousin's Heather, Becky, and Brice. Kelly
Allie, and I were so happy to recieve such
a wonderful assortment of gifts!! Thank you
so much for the nice suprise!! Birthday gifts
etc..are on the way to you guys!! Sassie got
a haircut...She looks adorable!!! We are
getting EXCITED about our trip to Hawaii
I wish we were leaving today...LOL!!!!

we have Panda Club and there was an email
saying there will be 21-kids this time, how
fun for Allie and her little friends!

Back in 2006-2007 I was part of the Yahoo
group for Nov-2005 I loved being in all
the swaps..I recieved the most adorable
Ladybug hat, Cousin Heather got Allie
the matching backpack!! What a small
world..she can use them both in Hawaii!

20 Month Allie Post!!

Today Allie turned 20 months. It's so hard
to believe! She's growing up before our
eyes. Today we spent the afternoon in our
swimming pool, she just had a blast!!

Some Facts about Allie at 20 months of age:

She can count up to 4
She can say her ABC'S up to E
She always says thank you
She says please
She weighs 26 pounds
She loves to play in the pool
She goes to get her wipes for me
and says poop!
She interacts very well with children
of all ages.
She LOVES DORA THE EXPLORE!!!!
She's an amazing eater!!
She's a very affectionate child
She loves to say I love you & blow
kisses to her friends & family.

Re-Cap!!!

Last weekend was so much fun! Shannon and I took the
girls to lunch and then we hit a bunch of scrapbook
& craft stores. We came back to our house ordered
pizza and we all swam. Sunday I had the pleasure of
meeting my friend Cindy's little angel Rachel for
the first time. She's from Hunan just like our Allie.

Poor Kelly was in an accident, thankfully it was
the car that was damaged. He walked away without
a scratch. Our car is in the shop. This weekend I
will be getting stuff together for our vacation
we have changed our plans and our going to HAWAII
We believe Allie will have a great time. This will
be a more kid friendly vacation and we have alot
of fun things planned for her. Christy, who know's
we might run into your clan! Allie turns 20 months
on Sunday! I will post some pics from this weekend
later.

P.S. I forgot to SAY in my post that Allie just
loves being around her friends. She has had a
ball this summer playing with Kirstin, Emily,
Leah, Dylan, Cody, Conner, and Tye...As well
as all her other little friends she see's at
The Panda Club! I'm so grateful for our GREAT
ADOPTION COMMUNITY!

TGIF!!!!

This has been a pretty quiet week! I hope everyone
is doing good!I think I know what people mean by
terrrible twos!!! If Allie doesn't get what she
wants she throws a fit!!! And this just started
WELCOME TO PARENTHOOD...LOL!!! We took her to
Toys R Us this week and just let her shop on her
own without being in the stroller she just loved
it. She picked out her own Dora backpack to take
with her on vacation. She is really growing up!!
Were already talking about her second birthday
party..I think..no I know it will be a Dora party
she just loves Dora The Explore!!!

Brooke Elizabeth!!!

I wanted to make an announcement today
for my bloggy friends that didn't know we
have made the decision that we are going
to China again. It's taken some months of
soul searching and we both came to the
same conclusion that our family was not
complete yet! I met with our SW this week
and handed in quite a bit, she advised me
that we are close to homestudy, we just
have a few more things to get done. I have
been very busy this week, getting things
done for Brooke's dossier. Yes, we both
LOVE the name Brooke, so this is what her
name will be. Time frames, we should have
her home before Allison turns 3. I have set
up a new blog for Brooke: journeytobabyo.
blogspot.com. As soon as we are LID, I
will have Diana do a new blog for Brooke
WE THANK G-D EVERYDAY THAT HE BLESSED US
WITH OUR PRECIOUS ALLISON, SHE WILL NOW
GET TO ENJOY HAVING A SISTER AND CREATE
A VERY SPECIAL BOND WITH HER. I WILL BE
FOREVER GRATEFUL TO CHINA FOR MAKING US
